(2) Allows locals to get help or support others in their community by supporting human development organizations. It recognises that poverty is not just financial, but relational and spiritual. This solution therefore combines Technology with a Holistic view of poverty, People Development, Localized providers and opportunities for development, in order to address different forms of poverty.
