Salvation Army staff is overwhelmed each year with a large number of applications for assistance (food, clothing, gifts) in a 1 week window. They must quickly convert these applications into printed “angel tags” to distribute to community donors. Their system to manage, view, and use application data is tedious, complicated, and error-prone, which causes extra work and stress in Salvation Army’s busiest time of year.
